Yip's Chemical has been strictly adhering to its philosophy of "treat clients with sincerity." We interact with customers with the utmost sincerity and honesty every time and everywhere. "Treat clients with sincerity" has now become the maxim for the Group's success.

To enhance its customer services, the Group has implemented an Enterprise Resources Planning system ("ERP") which has significantly boosted efficiency and transparency in its operations, from sales orders processing, production, quality control and technical support to delivery.

The customer services centres of the Group's subsidiaries are also equipped with a Customer Relationship Management system ("CRM"), which provides one-stop services that speedily processes all customer enquiries, and delivers the most comprehensive pre- and post-sale services.
